These terms apply to DC Remote, a service of Delhi Crest Enterprise, New Delhi ("we"). By creating an account you ("customer") agree to them.
DC Remote lets you access and manage computers on which you install the DC Remote agent. Plan limits (computers, users, sessions at once) are shown on the pricing page.
We verify every business before activating it and may refuse or close any account at our discretion. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep passwords safe; we strongly recommend two-step login.
You may install the agent only on computers your organisation owns or is authorised to manage, and the people who use those computers must be informed. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Breach leads to immediate suspension without refund, and we will co-operate with law-enforcement requests.
Plans are prepaid monthly or yearly through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a plan is not renewed, console logins are paused; data is kept for 30 days and then may be deleted.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may briefly disconnect sessions.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by your users on your computers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
