DC Remote must never be used to:

• access a computer without the owner's permission, or install the agent on someone's computer without their knowledge;
• pose as a bank, government body, tech-support company or any other organisation to gain access to someone's computer ("tech-support" or "refund" scams);
• access banking, UPI or payment apps on a computer that is not your organisation's own;
• secretly monitor employees beyond what Indian law and your published policies allow;
• spread malware, mine cryptocurrency or attack other systems.

We review sign-ups and activity patterns. Accounts that break this policy are closed immediately without refund, and evidence may be shared with the police / CERT-In. Report abuse to care@edwinepc.com.
