We collect the details you give at sign-up (name, company, email, phone, address, GSTIN), payment references from Razorpay (we never see your card details), and technical data needed to run the service: device names, IP addresses, OS details and event logs (who connected to which computer and when).
Screen, keyboard and file data travel encrypted between your browser and your computers through our relay server and are not stored, unless you turn on session recording.
We use this data only to provide, secure and bill for the service, and we do not sell it. Data is stored on servers in India/Asia and kept while your account is active plus 30 days (invoices are kept as required by tax law).
